During this excursion to Mangue Seco from Aracaju, you'll explore an enchanting fishing village nestled amidst dunes and coconut palms, renowned for its connection to a beloved soap opera.
Details of the Excursion
Your adventure commences at 7 am when we depart from your accommodation in Aracaju, heading towards Mangue Seco, an exquisite fishing community that bridges the states of Sergipe and Bahia.
Upon arrival, we will embark on a memorable boat journey through Mangue Seco, navigating the Piauitinga and Real rivers. From the boat, you'll witness the rivers threading through a stunning landscape rich in coconut trees and sweeping dunes, showcasing the quintessential beauty of northeastern Brazil.
Following our boat ride, we will make our way to the picturesque beach of Mangue Seco for an exhilarating buggy tour around the inlet. As we traverse this scenic area, you'll enjoy views that became famous due to a popular 1990s soap opera, Tieta, inspired by a classic novel from renowned Brazilian author Jorge Amado.
While at the Mangue Seco inlet, you'll have two hours of leisure time perfect for a refreshing dip in the Atlantic or unwinding at one of the charming beach bars. Remember to snap a memorable photo with the iconic coconut trees known as Romeo and Juliet!
After our time at Mangue Seco beach, we will return to your hotel in Aracaju, expected to arrive at 5:30 pm.
