Urubici & Serra do Río do Rastro Excursion

Day Trip Details

Pickup is scheduled for 7:10 am at your hotel in Florianópolis, heading to Serra Catarinense. Our first stop is Portal de Urubici for photos and to explore the town, surrounded by mountains, canyons, and megalithic monuments. We then proceed to Morro do Campestre for panoramic views of the Canoas River valley and geological insights.

Next, we will visit a store selling traditional products from Santa Catarina. Following this, we will visit the grotto of Our Lady of Lourdes, surrounded by tranquility. You will have free time for lunch in Urubici.

After lunch, we will head to the viewpoint of the Serra do Rio do Rastro, located at about 1,450 m (4,757 ft) above sea level. We will enjoy the sharp curves and green landscapes that characterize this iconic area. Afterward, we will descend the road, recognized as one of the most beautiful in Brazil.

The tour concludes with our return to Florianópolis after approximately 13 hours.

Pickup is included for hotels in the north, west, and downtown areas of Florianópolis. If your hotel is outside these areas, you must reach Shopping Villa Romana for pickup. The pickup time may vary based on your accommodation's location.
