Urubici & Serra do Río do Rastro Excursion

We'll pick you up at 7:10 am at your hotel in Florianópolis and head to Serra do Rio do Rastro, at 4,757 feet (1,450 meters) above sea level. From its viewpoint, we'll observe the landscapes of the mountain range while learning about the flora. After taking photos, we'll return to the lower part for free time to eat.

We will then head towards Urubici, with a visit to the Barrinha waterfall and an apple farm, stopping for half an hour to explore. Upon arriving in Urubici, we'll appreciate the town's natural beauty, including canyons, valleys and megalithic monuments. We'll pass by the Matriz Church to learn about its history, noting it was founded by Jesuits searching for gold. Afterward, you'll have free time for lunch.

During the excursion, we will visit the grotto of Nossa Senhora de Lourdes and the Serra do Corvo Branco mountain range, notable sites in Urubici. We will return to Florianópolis, concluding the tour at approximately 8 pm.

Hotel pickup

Pickup is included for hotels in the north, west and downtown areas of Florianópolis. For accommodations outside these areas, you'll need to reach the meeting point at Shopping Villa Romana. Note that the pickup time may vary based on your accommodation location.
