Day Trip Details

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in São Luís. From here, we'll start our day trip to Alcântara to learn about this city's history.

Firstly, we'll take you to the port, where a speedboat will be waiting. For 1 to 1.5 hours, we'll sail around the baía de São Marco, enjoying panoramic views of Alcântara and São Luís.

Upon arrival, we'll disembark and enjoy a guided tour around Alcântara, starting with its port. We'll continue along Rua Ladeira do Jacaré, which connects the port with the city center, where we can admire typical small houses.

Next, we'll visit Casa do Divino, decorated with Portuguese tiles, and discuss the Empire of the Feast of the Divine Holy Spirit, one of the most significant religious events in the region.

We'll also visit the Capela das Mercês, offering views over the Atlantic, and the Alcântara Church, along with other museums that showcase local life.

After a 3 to 5-hour tour of the city, we'll return you to São Luís, where we will conclude our trip 6 hours after pickup.
