We will depart from São Paulo at the scheduled time and embark on a 2-hour drive through the picturesque Mantiqueira Mountains to arrive at Campos do Jordão, a town perched at an impressive altitude of 5,577 feet (1,700 meters). You may find it surprising to discover such a unique destination in Brazil!

This locale stands as the premier winter getaway in the state of Sao Paulo, attracting countless visitors during both the winter and summer seasons, all seeking to evade the heat and enjoy various mountain experiences. Upon our arrival, we will visit the town's most iconic landmarks, including the Boa Vista Palace, which serves as the official residence of the state governor, while learning about its intriguing history.

Our exploration will take us through the Vila Inglesa and Alto Capivari districts, as well as to the Ducha de Prata, or Silver Fall, a charming waterfall situated within the town. Here, you can also explore a local craft market. As we traverse this enchanting town filled with wooden houses and captivating alpine surroundings, you might easily imagine yourself in Switzerland, despite being only a short distance from Sao Paulo!

Next, we’ll proceed to the Vila Capivari neighborhood, where you can enjoy some free time to wander at your leisure, take a scenic ride on the funicular train, shop for unique souvenirs, and savor a meal. Save some space for dessert, as we will stop at a chocolate factory on our way back to Sao Paulo, where local chocolates, regional wines, cheeses, and other delightful treats await your discovery.

We expect to return to Sao Paulo between 6 and 7 PM.

This excursion to Campos do Jordão includes hotel pickup for guests staying at hotels located within a 4-mile (6 km) radius of Praça da Sé.

If your accommodation falls outside this area, we will arrange for pickup from number 2355 Avenida Paulista.
