Description

At the designated time, we will meet at the entrance of the Italia Building to start a guided tour of the historic center. This 550-foot (168-meter) skyscraper is a World Heritage Site known for its vertical architecture. We will then proceed to the Municipal Theatre, which draws inspiration from the Paris Opera House.

Continuing, we will visit Ramos de Azevedo Square and the Pátio do Colégio, established in the 16th century aimed at catechizing local indigenous populations, which led to conflicts with colonizers.

Next, we will have a traditional buffet lunch at Aroma e Sabor restaurant while enjoying views of the São Bento Monastery and the Farol de Santander building.

After lunch, we will head to Liberdade to explore Sao Paulo's Japanese neighborhood, discussing the traditions and lifestyle of this community and their settlement history.

This tour lasts 4 hours and will conclude at the original meeting point.
