Blue Pond Hokkaido Day Trip

We'll meet at Sapporo Station and set off on a 2.5 hour bus journey. We will travel through the Hokkaido Biei Sky, along Roller Coaster Road, enjoying the region's scenery.

Our first destination is the Blue Pond near Biei, where we will discuss the theories behind its intense blue color. Following this, a delicious free buffet will be provided, featuring traditional Japanese delicacies.

Next, we will visit either Shikisai-no-oka or Tomita Farm, depending on availability. This will showcase the vibrant flower fields of Hokkaido. Shikisai-no-oka features a valley with colorful blends, while Tomita Farm is one of the oldest in Japan, with over 150 types of flowers.

To conclude the day, we will explore Ningle Terraces, a village of wooden houses with local artisans. We will then return to Sapporo, completing 10 hours of sightseeing.
