Blue Pond Hokkaido Day Trip

We'll meet at Sapporo Station at the scheduled time and set off on a 2.5 hour bus journey for a day of natural beauty. Ready to visit the Hokkaido flower fields?

Leaving Sapporo, we'll enter the Hokkaido Biei Sky, one of the most beautiful roads in Japan. Along the route known as Roller Coaster Road, we'll enjoy scenic views.

Next, we'll arrive at the Blue Pond, near Biei, where we'll discuss theories behind its intense blue color.

Afterward, we'll have a delicious free buffet with traditional Japanese dishes. We'll then proceed to either Shikisai-no-oka or Tomita farm, depending on availability. Both locations feature stunning flower fields.

If we visit Shikisai-no-oka, we'll view a valley with blended colors and shapes. If we go to Tomita farm, we'll explore one of the oldest fields in Japan, home to over 150 types of flowers.

We'll conclude our day at Ningle Terraces, a village of wooden houses with local artisans. Finally, we'll head back to Sapporo, completing 10 hours of sightseeing.

Granja Tomita o Shikisai-no-oka

We'll visit either Tomita Farm or Shikisai-no-oka based on the day:
