Costa Rican Culture Tour

We'll meet at the Diamante Eco Park at the time of your choice. Our first stop will be an animal sanctuary, one of the most important wildlife refuges in Costa Rica.

We'll walk through its lush gardens, home to birds and crocodiles, and see its most beloved inhabitants, the sloths. Next, we will head to La Casita, where the cultural experience begins!

In this area of the Diamante Eco Park, designed in a traditional style, we'll learn about the way of life of rural Costa Rica. We'll examine cocoa plants and the process of turning their fruits into chocolate.

We will engage in discussions about coffee, the country’s star product. Then, we'll walk along a path to explore the cultivation of sugar cane. We will harvest some cane and, using the press, prepare a typical freshwater drink.

After a two-hour tour, we will conclude the activity.
