At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Isola Oltremare winery in Alghero, near Porto Ferro and Lake Baratz. Enjoy an apéritif in true Italian style.
We'll explore the vineyards and learn about the history of Isola Oltremare, a family-run winery in the northwest of Sardinia, known for its contribution to Sardinian wine production.
The fertile lands produce high-quality Cabernet, Chardonnay, Merlot, and Aglianico, utilizing modern cultivation and vinification methods while respecting wine traditions.
The highlight will be the apéritif in the vineyard, featuring two glasses of wine (one red and one white) paired with local Sardinian specialties, including charcuterie and cheese boards, jams, dried fruit, olives, vegetable omelettes, and caramelised onions.
After the apéritif, lasting 1.5 hours, we'll conclude the experience at the entrance of the Isola Oltremare winery.
