After showing your ticket at the entrance, you can enter the museum's cellar to start your tour. You'll walk through this amazing and mysterious environment and discover the mushroom growing world of Saumur. Every year, 10 tons of mushrooms are harvested here, including mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, and shiitake. During your visit, you'll see more than 250 species of wild mushrooms in Europe’s largest mushroom exhibition!

At the end of the tour, you will visit the troglodyte house, which is carved out of limestone tufa, housing a collection of objects related to mushroom cultivation globally.
