Balata, Saint-Pierre and natural landscapes await you on this tour of northern Martinique from Fort-de-France.

Description

At the scheduled time, we will pick you up from the meeting point in Fort-de-France that you selected, and we will head towards the northern part of the island.

Our first stop will be at the Balata Sacré-Cœur Church, inspired by the Sacré-Cœur in Paris. We will explore the similarities and differences between the two structures. Following this, we will visit the Balata Garden, a botanical space of approximately 3 hectares featuring an abundance of tropical flowers and plants.

We will continue through a tropical jungle, passing through beautiful landscapes. After this, we will stop for a typical island lunch at a restaurant. Our next destination is the coastal town of Saint-Pierre, learning about the 1902 Pelée volcano eruption that affected the area.

The final stop will be at a rum distillery, where you can sample various Caribbean drinks. We will return to the meeting point in Fort-de-France approximately 7 hours after the initial pickup.
