Balata, Saint-Pierre and natural landscapes are included in this tour of northern Martinique from Fort-de-France. Experience the island's northern point!

Description

We will pick you up from the meeting point in Fort-de-France of your choice and depart towards the northern part of the island.

The first stop will be at the Balata Sacré-Cœur Church, inspired by the Sacré-Cœur in Paris. We will explore similarities and differences between the two structures. Next, we will visit the Balata Garden, a botanical space spanning approximately 3 hectares, featuring numerous tropical flowers and plants known for their scents and colors.

Our journey continues through a tropical jungle, leading to a restaurant for a typical lunch from the island. Following our meal, we will head to the coastal town of Saint Pierre to learn about the impact of the Pelée volcano eruption in 1902.

The tour concludes at a rum distillery, where you can sample various Caribbean drinks. We will return to the meeting point in Fort-de-France approximately 7 hours after the initial pickup.
