This transport service provides a convenient journey to the magnificent botanical treasure of Martinique from Fort-de-France.
Description
At the arranged time, we will gather at the designated meeting location in Fort-de-France that you have selected, and then head north towards one of Martinique's most popular attractions.
Our first stop will be at the Balata Sacré-Cœur Church, an architectural gem built in 1925, inspired by its namesake in Paris. We will pause in front of the stunning façade for you to capture photographs of this striking monument, uniquely positioned amid a lush jungle environment.
Continuing on, we will proceed to the Balata Botanical Garden, where you can explore at your leisure. This expansive garden spans nearly 3 hectares and showcases over 3000 varieties of plants and trees, particularly displaying a diverse range of tropical species.
The garden also features a remarkable collection of orchids and other vibrant and fragrant flowers that are sure to delight! The trails throughout this botanical haven are ideal for strolling and appreciating the natural beauty of the surroundings.
After spending roughly an hour enjoying the garden at your own pace, we will reconvene at the main entrance to return to the respective pickup points. We anticipate arriving back in Fort-de-France approximately 2.5 hours after the initial meeting time.
