Begin this walking tour of Segovia from the base of the Roman aqueduct, one of the best-preserved elevated aqueducts in Europe.

Follow your guide down calle Real, Segovia’s main street, to the Mirador de la Canaleja for views over the San Millán neighborhood. Visit the Casa de los Picos, a fifteenth-century building with a unique history. Proceed through the Old Town to Plaza de Medina del Campo, notable for its history and home to San Martin Church, dating from 1117.

Visit Plaza del Corpus (Corpus Square), with the Old Main Synagogue, now a Christian church.

Continue to Plaza Mayor, housing important buildings including the Cathedral.

Cross the Canonjías neighborhood to the Alcazar of Segovia, a remarkable fortress. Explore its exterior and learn about its legends inside.

The tour concludes at the Alcazar.
