Meet us at Via Piero della Francesca. From here, in Cagliari, we'll head to an enoteca (wine repository) for a tasting of the region's best gastronomic products.

Once seated, we will embark on a culinary adventure to discover the richness of Sardinian wine. We'll enjoy two glasses of local wine, both paired with typical Italian cheeses and cold meats.

While enjoying our food, we'll share the secrets behind each wine and product, learning about the history of the companies and the philosophy and tradition they uphold.

To complement the tasting, we will also include artisan jams, olives, honey, pickles, and croutons cooked in a wood oven, allowing you to experience why Sardinian food is considered the "elixir of longevity." Premium raw materials!

After 1.5 hours of enjoying local flavours, the tasting will come to a close.
