Cagliari Food Tasting

Meet us at Via Piero della Francesca. From here, in Cagliari, we'll head to an enoteca where we'll enjoy a tasting of the region's best gastronomic products.

We will begin our culinary adventure to discover the richness of Sardinian wine. We'll sip two glasses of local wine, paired with typical Italian cheeses and cold meats.

While we enjoy our food, we'll share the secrets behind each wine and product, including the history of the companies and the philosophy and tradition they represent.

To complement the cheese and cold meats tasting, we'll also include artisan jams, olives, honey, pickles, and croutons cooked in a wood oven. Experience firsthand why Sardinian food is considered the "elixir of longevity." Incredible raw materials!

After 1.5 hours of savoring local flavours, we'll conclude the tasting.
