Description
After meeting at the indicated time at the Gyeongbokgung metro station exit (opposite the stairs by the National Palace Museum doors), we will begin our guided tour of Gyeongbokgung Palace.
We will approach the Gwanghwamun Gate, the main entrance to the palace complex. You will learn about the history of this landmark, which is an iconic symbol of Seoul's past.
Inside the palace, we'll visit the throne room (Geunjungjeon), the King's office, and the private chambers of the King and Queen, including Sajeongjeon, Gangnyeongjeon, and Gyotaejeon. The tour will cover notable figures of the Joseon Dynasty.
Additionally, we will explore the Amisan Garden and the Gyeonghoeru Pavilion, located on an artificial lake, while viewing the Bukaksan Mountains. This will be a memorable experience.
The guided tour will conclude after 2 hours at the palace exit.
