Korean Cooking Class
Meeting point is at exit number 2 of the Jegi-dong Metro Station. We will proceed to Gyeongdong Market to explore typical Korean delicacies, fresh produce, and spices.
After purchasing the necessary ingredients, we'll head to the cooking class in a nearby venue. Participants will don aprons and, alongside the chef, learn to combine traditional herbs with seasonal ingredients.
During the class, participants will prepare different dishes and various side dishes, culminating in a tasting session of their creations.
The session lasts for 3 hours.

Monday and Tuesday: prepare bibimbap, kimchijeon, and a seasonal soup.Wednesday and Thursday: cook japchae, a kimchijeon pancake, and a seasonal soup.Friday: make two types of kimchi, boiled pork or tofu, kimchijeon, and a seasonal soup.
