Korean Folk Village Tour
In the morning, we'll meet in central Seoul and head to the Korean Folk Village in Yongin. There, we will explore the area.
Upon arrival, we will observe the Joseon dynasty buildings, including mansions of the noble class and thatched huts of commoners. The village is divided into three distinct areas.
Next, participants can take a leisurely walk along the village stream and enjoy the surrounding nature, which hosts over 80 types of trees. We will continue by attending a Nonga show, a musical performance by farmers praying for a good harvest.
Additionally, we will visit handicraft workshops where locals demonstrate how to create items from bamboo, wood, straw, glass, and Korean paper.
Free time is allowed for participants to explore local cuisine, tasting dishes such as naengmyeon, muk, bibimbap, or dumplings.
Finally, we will return to Seoul, completing our tour after 3.5 hours of sightseeing.
