Aboard the Namsan Cable Car, you can appreciate Seoul from above. It is the first cable car for passengers in Korea. Both on the journey up and back down, you have a view of the iconic places in the South Korean capital. The Namsan Cable Car is 600 metres (1,970 feet) long, from the Hoehyeon-dong platform to the Yejang-dong platform at the top of Namsan. You will reach an average speed of 3.2 metres (10.5 feet) per second.

From the cabin, at a height of 138 metres (450 feet), you can see the N Seoul Tower, skyscrapers and the River Han. It offers scenic views of the city. Remember to bring your cameras. You can also choose the time that suits you for the ride, whether it’s at night or during the day. At sunset, the view becomes particularly appealing.

Monday - Friday: 10 am - 11 pm (final admission at 10:30 pm)
