Tour Details

At the indicated time, we'll meet at the meeting point to start this food tour of Seoul. Prepare to delight in the most authentic flavors of South Korea. Our first stop will be Changgyeong Palace, where we'll explore the Myeongjeongjeon Hall and Chundangji Pond while learning about royal life and significant details within the 15th-century palace.

Next, we'll visit Gwangjang Market and explore three of the market's best stores, tasting some of South Korea's iconic street foods, including Jeon and Kkwabaegi. Optional tastings of chopped live octopus and beef tartare will be available, all paired with traditional Makgeolli. Our guide will share valuable insights into the flavors of South Korea's cuisine.

Then, we’ll head to Insadong, known for its art, crafts, and souvenirs.

We will conclude the tour at Jogyesa Temple, the center of Korean Zen Buddhism since the early 20th century. Here, you will see the main Buddha Hall adorned with statues, paintings, and lanterns. Our guide will provide insights into Buddhist traditions and the temple’s significance in Seoul.

The total duration of the experience will be 4 hours, concluding at the temple.
