Beginner's Scuba Dive in Arrabida Natural Park

At the time you choose, we will pick you up at your hotel in Sesimbra and then take you to the Sesimbra dive center for a brief overview of the activity and basic concepts.

After putting on the neoprene, we will board a speedboat and head to one of the top diving spots in the Arrabida Natural Park, where you can enter the water.

Before diving, we will deflate the vests and, at a shallow depth, the instructor will teach you simple techniques for handling the equipment. In minutes, you will be moving through water.

This activity serves as a perfect introduction to diving. The instructor will assist you throughout, allowing you to focus on enjoying the experience. After approximately 45 minutes of diving, we will return to the boat.

We will conclude the activity by taking you back to your hotel in Sesimbra.
