Beginner's Scuba Dive in Arrabida Natural Park

We will pick you up at your hotel in Sesimbra and take you to the Sesimbra dive center for a briefing on the activity and basic concepts.

After putting on the neoprene, we will board the speedboat and proceed to one of the best diving spots in the Arrabida Natural Park. Participants will then enter the water.

To dive, we will first deflate the vests. At a shallow depth, the instructor will teach simple techniques for handling the equipment. Within minutes, you will be moving through the water.

This activity serves as a perfect introduction to diving. The instructor will supervise you throughout the experience. After approximately 45 minutes of diving, we will return to the boat.

We will conclude the activity by returning you to your hotel in Sesimbra.
