Beginner's Scuba Dive in Arrabida Natural Park

At the chosen time, pickup will be provided from your hotel in Sesimbra to the Sesimbra dive center. A brief overview of the activity and basic concepts will be given.

Participants will don neoprene suits and board a speedboat to sail to a premier diving spot in the Arrabida Natural Park. Then, it is time to enter the water.

To begin diving, vests will be deflated, and at a shallow depth, the instructor will demonstrate simple techniques for handling equipment. Participants will soon be moving like a fish through water.

This activity serves as the perfect introduction to diving and an exciting sport. An instructor will provide guidance throughout to ensure a safe experience. After approximately 45 minutes of diving, participants will return to the boat.

Finally, transportation will be provided back to your hotel in Sesimbra.
