Beginner's Scuba Dive in Arrabida Natural Park

At the time you choose, we will pick you up at your hotel in Sesimbra and take you to the Sesimbra dive center, where we will explain the activity and basic concepts.

After putting on neoprene suits, we will board the speedboat and head to one of the best diving spots in the Arrabida Natural Park. It is then time to enter the water.

We will first deflate the vests, and at a shallow depth, the instructor will teach some simple techniques for handling the equipment. In just a few minutes, you will be moving effortlessly in the water.

This activity serves as a perfect introduction to diving and an exciting sport. The instructor will supervise you throughout the experience. After approximately 45 minutes of diving in the ocean, we will return to the boat.

We will conclude the activity by returning you to your hotel in Sesimbra.
