Arrabida Natural Park Adventure Tour

We'll meet at Creiro Beach at the selected time. There, our instructor will be waiting for us to embark on an adventure to the Arrabida Natural Park.

Once we get there, we'll venture into some of the crevices on the Arrabida mountain range to go in search of a natural viewpoint from which we'll try abseiling. We'll put on our equipment and climb down the rocky walls as we enjoy views of the coast of the Setubal peninsula and the Atlantic Ocean in the background.

We'll also take advantage of the winding terrain for horizontal circuits where we'll use similar techniques to climbing. This is a challenge where rope belaying and balance come into play.

Then, we'll cross areas of white limestone and admire cliffs over 300 meters high. We'll also get in touch with nature and discover the local vegetation.

Lastly, after two hours, we'll return to the beach of Portinho da Arrabida, ending this experience.
