We'll meet at Creiro Beach at the selected time. There, our instructor will be waiting for us to embark on an exciting adventure to the Arrabida Natural Park.

Once we get there, we'll venture into some of the crevices on the Arrabida mountain range to go in search of a natural viewpoint. We'll put on our equipment and climb down the rocky walls, enjoying views of the coast of the Setubal peninsula and the Atlantic Ocean in the background.

We'll also take advantage of the winding terrain for horizontal circuits where we'll use techniques similar to climbing. This challenge will test our rope belaying and balance skills.

Then, we'll cross areas of white limestone and admire cliffs over 300 meters high, while discovering the local vegetation.

Lastly, after two hours, we'll return to the beach of Portinho da Arrabida, ending this experience.
