Are you ready to test your physical skills and discover one of the most beautiful spots on the Portuguese Coast? Then this adventure tour is perfect for you!

Arrabida Natural Park Adventure Tour

We'll meet at Creiro Beach at the selected time. Our instructor will guide us on an exciting adventure to the Arrabida Natural Park.

Once we arrive, we'll explore crevices on the Arrabida mountain range to find a natural viewpoint, where we will try abseiling. Participants will put on equipment and descend the rocky walls while enjoying views of the Setubal peninsula and the Atlantic Ocean.

We will also engage in horizontal circuits using climbing techniques. This challenge involves rope belaying and balance, providing a physical test.

Next, we will traverse areas of white limestone and admire cliffs over 300 meters high, connecting with nature and learning about local vegetation.

After two hours, we will return to the beach of Portinho da Arrabida, concluding this experience.
