Step back in time to discover the contrast between the Roman Period and the Caliphate period in the famous Andalusian city with this Cordoba Day trip from Seville.

Description

At 9 am, we'll pick you up at the established meeting points in Seville and depart to the ancient Caliphal capital of Cordoba.

After a brief stop in Carmona, a beautiful white village in the province of Seville, we'll arrive in the breathtaking city of Cordoba, declared a World Heritage Site.

We'll take a guided tour of the historic center of Cordoba, including the Roman Bridge, the old Jewish quarter, the Royal Stables, and the Synagogue (closed on Mondays). We'll also visit the colorful courtyards of Cordoba for photo opportunities.

After the old town tour, you'll have lunch at your own leisure based on the guide's suggestions and enjoy 30 to 45 minutes of free time for shopping or strolling.

In the afternoon, we'll take a guided tour of the Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba, where you'll admire its golden mosaics and the beautiful ornamentation of its arches and mihrab, showcasing its significance in Western Islamic art.

At the end of the Mosque-Cathedral tour, we'll return to the meeting points in Seville, arriving at 7 pm.

Please note that we can only guarantee an English-speaking guide in the Mosque-Cathedral if a minimum number of participants is met. If not, alternatives may include joining a group in another language or using an audio guide. The rest of the tour will be in English.
