Step back in time to discover the contrast between the Roman Period and the Caliphate period in the famous Andalusian city with this Cordoba Day trip from Seville.

Description

At 9 am, we will pick you up at the established meeting points in Seville and depart to the ancient Caliphal capital of Cordoba.

After a brief stop in Carmona, we will arrive in the historic city of Cordoba, a designated World Heritage Site.

We will take a guided tour of the historic center of Cordoba, visiting the Roman Bridge, Jewish quarter, Royal Stables, and the Synagogue (closed on Mondays). We will stop at the colorful courtyards of Cordoba for photographs.

After touring the old town, you will have lunch at your own leisure based on the guide's recommendations, followed by 30 to 45 minutes of free time for shopping or exploring.

In the afternoon, we will conduct a guided tour of the Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba, where you will see its golden mosaics and ornate arches. This site is considered a significant monument of Western Islamic art.

We will return to the meeting points in Seville, arriving by 7 pm.

Please note that we can only guarantee an English-speaking guide in the Mosque-Cathedral if there are enough participants; otherwise, alternative language groups or audio guides may be provided. The rest of the tour will be in English.
