Step back in time to discover the contrast between the Roman Period and the Caliphate period in the Andalusian city with this Cordoba Day trip from Seville.

Description

At 9 am, we'll pick you up at the established meeting points in Seville and depart to the ancient Caliphal capital of Cordoba.

After a brief stop in Carmona, we'll arrive in the city of Cordoba, a World Heritage Site. We will take a guided tour of the historic center of Cordoba, including the Roman Bridge, the old Jewish quarter, the Royal Stables, and the Synagogue (closed on Mondays). We'll also visit the colorful courtyards of Cordoba.

Following the tour, you'll have lunch at your own leisure based on the guide's recommendations, with 30 to 45 minutes of free time for shopping or exploring.

In the afternoon, a guided tour of the Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba will be conducted, highlighting its mosaics and arches. This site is considered the most important monument of Western Islamic art.

At the end of the guided tour, we'll return to the meeting points in Seville, arriving at 7 pm.

Please note that we can only guarantee an English-speaking guide in the Mosque-Cathedral if a certain number of people join the group. If not, an alternative language group or audio guide may be suggested. The rest of the tour will be in English.
