Jerez and Cadiz Day Trip
We'll meet at 9 am at your hotel to begin this trip to Cadiz bay.
The first stop will be in Jerez, known for its wine production. Here, we'll enjoy a wine tasting in one of the local wineries and explore the historic centre, learning about the history of flamenco.
After visiting Santa Maria port, we'll head to Cadiz, one of the oldest towns in Europe, recognized for its circular shape. We'll visit key monuments, including the baroque cathedral with its notable domes.
During the war of independence, representatives met in the San Felipe Neri oratory to create the 1812 constitution, known as 'the seed'. We'll discuss the significance of this location, which promoted a liberal text recognizing the rights of Spaniards for the first time.
In the evening, you will have free time to enjoy the beaches or visit the Falla Theatre, famous for the chirigotas of the Cadiz carnival.
The tour will return to Sevilla at 7 pm, dropping you off at your hotel.
