As the meeting point of Europe and Africa, Tangier offers endless contrasts. Embark on a ferry, crossing the Gibraltar Strait and explore this Moroccan city.

Tangier Day Trip

After pickup at the agreed meeting point in Seville, we will travel by bus south for a two-hour journey through the province of Cadiz to Tarifa, where we will take a 75-minute ferry crossing to the port of Tangier.

In Tangier, we will explore the picturesque streets of the old town, notable for its charm and remnants of commercial splendor. The souks are prominent attractions, featuring a variety of artisanal Arabic wares.

Lunch will consist of a typical Moroccan meal with options such as couscous and tajin. Please note that drinks during lunch are not included.

After lunch, we will view the old town from the fortress, which offers insights into the city's extensive history. In the evening, we will return to Tangier for the ferry ride back to Tarifa. We will arrive in Seville by bus around 10:30 pm.

A valid passport is required to travel to Tangier.Some nationalities need a visa to enter Morocco, which must be obtained in advance.Students must provide a valid form of identification.
