Description

Prepare to explore the snowy landscapes of southern Alaska on this snowshoeing adventure! We'll meet at Seward Hwy and equip ourselves with snowshoes and trekking poles to begin our trek.

As we hike up the snow-capped mountains, stunning views of Resurrection Bay await, providing excellent photo opportunities.

During the tour, we will observe the unique plant & wildlife of this Alaskan region and understand its adaptations to the snowy season. You will also learn about the native species that inhabit this area.

After three to four hours of adventure, we will conclude the tour and return to the starting point. Before parting, enjoy a refreshment of your choice - coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or cider - a fitting way to recharge after a day in the snow!
