San Francisco Bike Tour + Alcatraz

Up for a visit to the famous Alcatraz prison? And a bike tour through San Francisco Bay? Great, because this combo tour will allow you to do both!

Alcatraz Cruise

At the selected time, you must go to Pier 33 in San Francisco, where the boat will take you to Alcatraz Island. After a 15-minute cruise, you'll have two and a half hours of free time to tour this former prison where Al Capone was incarcerated. An audio guide in English will provide you with information about its history. You will learn about paranormal events, deaths, and an infamous escape as you walk through its courtyards, cells, and wards. After the visit, you will return to Pier 33.

San Francisco Bay Bike Tour

If you want to explore the San Francisco Bay, we will meet at 10 am at Taylor Street and then proceed to Fisherman's Wharf to start an entertaining bike tour. You'll pedal along the coast, observing sea lions, wind organs, and the old military fort. The tour will take you to the iconic Golden Gate Bridge, crossing it until you reach Sausalito, known for its houseboats. Finally, we'll board a ferry that will return us to the pier, concluding the tour between 12 and 1 pm.

San Francisco Bike Rental

If you prefer to explore the city at your own pace, you can choose the bike rental option. You will pick up your bike at 2661 Taylor St. between 9 am and 6:30 pm. You can ride the bike all day long and return it in the afternoon after visiting all the must-see sights.

Schedule and tour days

Please note that the day you reserve will be the day you'll visit Alcatraz, while the following day will be assigned for the bike tour or rental. The schedule is as follows:

Alcatraz Tour: The local tour operator will confirm the time 5 days prior to the tour. You'll be assigned a pass for a boat that sets sail between 8:45 am and 6:30 pm.San Francisco Bay Bike Tour: Departure at 10 am.Bike rental: You can ride the bike between 9 am and 6:30 pm.
