San Francisco Tour + Alcatraz Island Visit

San Francisco Bus Tour

At the agreed time, we will gather at the Fisherman’s Wharf Sign to commence a guided open-air bus tour through some of San Francisco's most renowned neighborhoods. With clear views all around, you'll immerse yourself in the essence of the city’s streets and hillside landscapes.

Our journey will take us through iconic districts such as North Beach, Chinatown, Russian Hill, and Nob Hill. As we pass famous filming locations from Bullitt, The Rock, and Mrs. Doubtfire, your knowledgeable guide will share captivating stories, historical insights, and intriguing film trivia.

A highlight of the tour is the winding descent down Lombard Street, known as the world's crookedest street. We will also make designated stops for photos at Coit Tower, the Palace of Fine Arts, and scenic points where you can gaze at the Golden Gate Bridge, offering breathtaking views of both the city and the bay.

Throughout the tour, we will pass essential sights like Fisherman's Wharf, Ghirardelli Square, Fort Mason, the Marina District, the Presidio, Pacific Heights, and Billionaires Row.

Following the open-air tour, we will drop you off at the Alcatraz ferry terminal located at Pier 33, where you can enjoy a meal before boarding the official ferry, typically scheduled to depart around 12:30 pm.

Alcatraz Island Visit

Once on board the ferry, you will head to Alcatraz Island where you can freely explore the historic former prison. Take advantage of the included award-winning audio guide, which vividly narrates the experiences within the cellblocks, recreation yard, and stunning views of the island.

After your adventure, hop back on the ferry and, after approximately 5 hours, you will return to Pier 33, allowing you to continue your exploration of San Francisco at your own pace.
