Embark on a journey to the heart of Upper Egypt with this private tour from Sharm el-Sheikh to Luxor, including airfare and entrance fees to the Valley of the Kings, Karnak, and Hatshepsut temples.

Tour Highlights

At the scheduled time, we will pick you up from your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh and transport you to the airport for your flight to Luxor.

Upon arrival, a minibus will take us to the Valley of the Kings, an ancient burial site of pharaohs. Explore three tombs with inscriptions on their walls and learn about tomb raiders and ancient Egyptian beliefs about the afterlife.

After the Valley of the Kings, we will make a short stop at an alabaster workshop, where you can purchase handcrafted figurines as souvenirs before visiting the funerary temple of Hatshepsut. This temple, carved into a cliff, was commissioned by one of history's ancient female pharaohs.

Then, we will visit the Colossi of Memnon, two statues of Amenophis III, each standing 14 meters (46 feet) tall. We will explore the history of this pharaoh and other notable figures.

A buffet lunch at a Luxor restaurant will follow before proceeding to the Karnak Temple, one of the largest and oldest religious complexes worldwide, which took over 1,000 years to build.

We will conclude our tour with a return to Luxor airport for the flight back. After approximately 17.5 hours in total, we will drop you off at your hotel.
