Explore Angkor Wat, the largest religious monument in the world, and discover over a thousand ancient temples within the Cambodian jungle.
Angkor Wat Temples Tour Itinerary
Meet at The Blanc Residence and head north to the ancient city of Angkor, the Khmer capital from the 9th to 15th century. Begin with a guided tour of Angkor Wat, built in the early 12th century and a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1992. Explore peaceful avenues where Buddhist monks still pray.
Next, visit Bayon, known for its bas-reliefs of smiling faces. Then proceed to Ta Prohm, a formerly abandoned Buddhist monastery overtaken by nature, recognizable from the Tomb Raider film.
Enjoy a lunch break at a local restaurant to refresh before continuing to Angkor Thom, the last stronghold of the Khmer Empire. Enter through the restored Southern Gate to explore the ruins, including the Baphuon temple mountain, nearly 1000 years old.
On your guided tour, visit the Terrace of the Elephants and the Terrace of the Leper King, learning the origin of the latter's name, before exploring Phimeankas, a three-tier pyramid within the Royal Palace enclosure. Return to the meeting point around 5:30 pm.

When reserving, you can include lunch with your tour, consisting of a starter, salad, main dish, and dessert. Options vary by season. Drinks and coffee are not included. Indicate any allergies or dietary requirements when booking.
