Private 3 Day Tour of Angkor Temples
Day 1
You will be picked up from your hotel in Siem Reap and head to Angkor Thom, entering through the south gate. Experience the Bayon Temple, the three-tiered Baphuon Temple, and its Buddha statue. Next, visit Ta Prohm, which has been overtaken by nature and is noted for its connection to Tomb Raider. Following this, take a break for lunch before heading to Angkor Wat, where you will witness Buddhist monks meditating. After the day, return to your hotel in Siem Reap.
Day 2
After hotel pickup, travel to Banteay Srei, known for its intricate red sandstone reliefs dating back to the 10th century. Continue to Beng Mealea, a smaller shrine affected by nature, and explore its remains. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, followed by a session on making a Cambodian delicacy, bamboo rice. Return to your hotel in Siem Reap afterwards.
Day 3
At 2 pm, you will be picked up from your hotel in Siem Reap and travel to the port to board a boat to Kampong Phluk, offering views of Lake Tonlé Sap, the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia. Explore the temple, school, and houses on stilts, and cruise through the flooded forest, visiting a crocodile farm. After three days of exploring the Angkor temples, return to your hotel in Siem Reap by 6 pm.
