We will convene at the specified time at the Bahía Drake location and set off to the Río Agujitas farm, located just thirty minutes away. Welcome to the heart of rural Costa Rica!



Throughout the tour, you will traverse lush greenery while discovering the distinctions between primary and secondary forest ecosystems. Our route will lead us down to the banks of the Agujitas River, where we will select our floats.



Time for some tubing! As we drift along the river, keep an eye out for wildlife such as frogs and various bird species. Once back on land, we will leave the floats behind to continue our hike across the farm.



After the hike, gain insights into the eco-conscious initiatives they practice to shield the environment. Can you guess which products are cultivated here? To discover, a meal featuring pasta, bread, fruit, and juice awaits you. All ingredients are sourced locally! To top it off, we will enjoy a cup of coffee or tea overlooking the garden.



In conclusion, we'll head back to Drake Bay and escort you to the original meeting point, wrapping up the excursion with a total duration of 5.5 hours.

2-Day Tour



If you desire to extend your stay amidst the lush jungle, consider reserving this 2-day tour which includes an overnight stay at the Río Agujitas farm.



After lunch and a short break, prepare for a new guided hike at sunset, perfect for spotting wildlife that becomes active during this time. Following our hike, we will relish a home-cooked dinner before gearing up for an exciting experience: a nighttime jungle tour. With our flashlights in hand, we will traverse the paths in search of amphibians, insects, and, perhaps, a nocturnal mammal.



As our tour concludes, we will relax in rustic cabins that provide views of the jungle and river, ensuring a peaceful night enveloped in nature.



The following morning, after a refreshing tropical breakfast, we will set off on one last morning exploration. After this adventure, we will return for a revitalizing lunch at the farm before starting our journey back to Bahía Drake.
