Join us to explore the depths of the Costa Rican reserve of the Isla del Caño with this scuba diving activity. We'll enjoy two dives and admire local flora and fauna.

Activity Details

At the indicated time, we'll meet at calle hacia los Planes and after receiving a series of safety instructions, we'll set sail from Drake Bay to Isla del Caño. The sail will take approximately 40 minutes. We'll prepare for our first dive by putting on our full diving gear and explore the marine life for about 45 minutes. Afterwards, we'll return to the boat and head to the beach of the Isla del Caño to rest before the second dive.

During the second dive, we will again explore underwater for another 45 minutes in this Biological Reserve, observing species such as parrot fish, surgeon fish, jacks, ojaranes, white tip reef sharks, turtles, snappers, and possibly manta rays depending on the season.

Finally, we’ll head to San Josecito beach for a picnic lunch overlooking the sea and then return to Drake Bay, concluding the 7.5-hour activity.
