Pidurangala & Hiriwaduna Village Excursion
We'll pick you up at your hotel in Sigiriya at 7 am. Our first stop is Pidurangala.
Upon arrival, we'll explore this Buddhist complex and discuss its history. We will climb up the mountain to reach Pidurangala Rock, known for its views of Sigiriya and Lion Rock.
After enjoying the scenery, we'll descend and you will have some free time for lunch at a restaurant area.
With renewed energy, we'll proceed to the village of Hiriwaduna to discover local lifestyle and customs. You will take a ride through the rice fields on an ox-drawn cart and cross Hiriwadunna Lake by boat.
The private excursion will conclude at your hotel in Sigiriya, arriving at 5 pm.
