Activity Details

We will pick you up from your hotel in Sigiriya at the designated time and drive to the Minneriya National Park.

After purchasing entrance tickets, we will embark on a 3-hour 4x4 journey through the park, searching for its most famous inhabitants: Asian elephants. Prepare for an incredible safari.

Minneriya is a protected area home to many native species of animals, but the elephants are the main attraction. As soon as we enter the reserve, you will start seeing these gentle giants.

This safari offers a unique opportunity to observe large groups of elephants in their natural habitat. You will witness their interactions while getting remarkably close to them. Additionally, we may encounter other wildlife such as water buffalos, deer, and crocodiles.
