Sigiriya Hot Air Balloon Ride

We'll pick you up from your hotel at the indicated time and head to the hot air balloon launch area, which may be Sirigiya, Kandalama, or Dambulla, depending on the wind direction. Upon arrival, participants will receive basic instructions and enjoy a light breakfast before boarding the basket for takeoff.

The flight will last for one hour, allowing you to experience the impressive landscapes of Sigiriya, including the archaeological remains of the ancient palace complex. Note that, for security reasons, we cannot fly directly over the archaeological site.

After the flight, we will land and enjoy a toast with champagne or juice to celebrate the experience. Finally, we will return you to your hotel, arriving approximately three hours after pickup.
