Boat Tour Options

During the booking process, you can choose between two tour options. Both last 3 hours, start and end at the SAF Yacht Club in Singapore and include an English-speaking guide.

Below, you'll find a brief description of each option:

Morning Tour

Do you feel like enjoying Singapore in a different way? Once we've all gathered, we'll board a comfortable boat that will take us along the waters off the northeast coast of Singapore.

Throughout the trip, we'll pass by kelongs—floating platforms used by local fishermen—and explore one of Singapore's most authentic urban areas. This includes one of the few remaining traditional housing estates in the city, making it a true privilege to experience this unique part of Singapore!

Next, we'll arrive at the highlight of the tour: Pulau Ubin, an ancient village on an island lush with nature and mangroves. From the boat, we'll take in the coastline adorned with dense vegetation and kelongs. We'll anchor and share insights about the daily life of the locals, their hard work as fishermen, and their vibrant culture.

After enjoying the picturesque panorama, we’ll set sail back to the starting point, admiring the stunning coastline along the way.

Afternoon Tour

In this tour, we'll follow the same itinerary described in the previous section, with one exciting difference: we'll stop at a kelong restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious Singaporean dinner at your leisure. Dining at a floating restaurant amidst the stunning scenery of the Straits of Johor will undoubtedly be a memorable experience!

How Does It Work?

Upon booking, you will select either the Morning or Afternoon Tour. Each tour lasts 3 hours, departing from and returning to the SAF Yacht Club in Singapore. An English-speaking guide will accompany you throughout the journey. The Morning Tour offers an exploration of the waters and cultures of Pulau Ubin, while the Afternoon Tour includes a stop at a kelong restaurant for a delightful dinner.

Meeting Point

The meeting point for both tours is the SAF Yacht Club in Singapore. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure a prompt start.
