Ortigia & Plemmirio Natural Reserve Boat Trip

Join us for an exploration of Syracuse on a cruise around Ortigia and the Plemmirio Nature Reserve, complete with lunch on board.

Cruise From Syracuse

The adventure begins at Forum Vitorio Emanuele II at the designated time. After assembly, we will board a boat and set sail on a cruise around Ortigia and the Plemmirio Nature Reserve.

Starting in the northern part of Syracuse, you will see sea caves and rock formations resembling animal shapes. The journey then proceeds to the Plemmirio Natural Reserve, where we will anchor for an hour in the gulf of Pillirina, allowing you to enjoy the natural beauty.

We will then circle the island of Ortigia, providing views of historical landmarks such as the Bourbon prison, Forte Vigliena, Castello Maniace, Fonte Arethusa, Lungomare Alfeo, and Porta Marina.

Throughout the tour, refreshments and seasonal fruits will be available. A traditional lunch will also be served on board. We will make several stops for swimming before returning to the port of Ortigia.

Four hours after meeting, we will return to the meeting point.
