During the booking process, choose between hiking the north or south face of Monte Conero. Both options meet at the Sirolo car park at Via Fonte D'Olio 21. Each route takes approximately 5 hours covering 8.5 kilometres (5.2 miles) with a maximum elevation change of 400 metres (around 1300 feet).

Hike on the North Face of Monte Conero
The hike begins with Mediterranean greenery on the north face. Stops include two impressive viewpoints with views of Portonovo Bay and the coast of Ancona, ideal for spotting peregrine falcons. The tour explores historical sites, including ancient cave paintings and a Roman cave, reflecting the region's history.
Hike on the South Face of Monte Conero
The adventure starts at the Mortarolo Cave and proceeds to Belvedere Sud, offering views of San Pietro Bay. Then, you will visit the Piani di Raggetti, known for its natural beauty, and explore the KT limit quarry, a significant palaeontological site from the age of dinosaurs.
