On this tour of Skopelos, you'll witness the beauty of this island of the Sporades. We'll hike around Pyrgos and visit the capital and Panormos Beach.

Skopelos, Pyrgos & Panormos Beach Tour

At the appointed time, we'll meet at Dolphin of Skopelos and start a comprehensive tour of the emerald island. We'll board a minibus that will take us first to the Pyrgos area. We'll cross the green hills characteristic of Skopelos and, upon arrival, we'll walk through olive groves, cypress trees, and Aleppo pines.

During this hiking route, we'll visit a vineyard to learn about wine production on the island, featured in the film Mamma Mia. Afterward, we'll return to the minibus and head to the city of Skopelos to visit the Church of Panagitsa of Pyrgos, located in the harbor.

We'll climb the stairs to admire this 17th-century church and enjoy views of the Aegean Sea. Following this, we'll go to Panormos Beach, 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) northwest of Skopelos.

At Panormos Beach, you'll have free time to swim in the turquoise waters and have lunch in a nearby restaurant in the town of Panormos.

Finally, we'll reconvene and return to the starting point, completing the tour after six hours of travel.
