Description

We'll meet in the centre of Doade at the selected time and board a tourist train to explore the landscapes of the Ribeira Sacra, a notable region of Galicia.

During the train journey, we'll traverse the steep slopes of the Sil Canyon, shaped by the river over millennia. We will enter the Amandi area, recognized for its terraced vineyards from Roman times. These 'heroic' vineyards provide views of the riverbank and its stepped terraces.

Our tour will continue through this Galician landscape, passing ancient vineyards while we learn about the history and culture of the Ribeira Sacra. This region, known for its monasteries and wine tradition, maintains its charm through the centuries.

After an hour of train ride, we'll return to the starting point and conclude the tour.
