Travel through the Ribeira Sacra on a tourist train and discover its historical and cultural heritage!

Description

We'll meet in the centre of Doade at the selected time and board a tourist train to explore the landscapes of Ribeira Sacra, a notable region of Galicia.

During the journey, we'll travel along the slopes of the Sil Canyon, shaped by the river over millennia. We'll enter the Amandi area, known for its terraced vineyards from Roman times. These 'heroic' vineyards provide views of the riverbank and its stepped terraces.

Our tour will continue through the Galician landscape, passing ancient vineyards, while learning about the history and culture of the Ribeira Sacra, recognized for its monasteries and wine tradition. This region has preserved its charm over the centuries.

After an hour on the train, we'll return to the starting point and conclude the tour.
