Experience the world of the Sámi people with a cross-country skiing trip from Luosto through Pyhä-Luosto National Park, a significant area in Finnish Lapland.

Activity Details

The meeting point is at the Amethys store in Luosto at your selected time. The guide will begin with a brief presentation on the basic techniques for cross-country skiing. Afterward, participants will put on skis and grab poles to explore the winter landscapes of Pyhä-Luosto National Park.

As we navigate through the snowy wilderness, you will experience a profound sense of peace. Cross-country skiing is a vital aspect of Finnish culture, with children learning it from a young age. We will stop at a campsite to rest and enjoy a hot drink by the fire.

After the break, we will return to the starting point, concluding the activity after approximately two and a half hours.
