Korouoma Canyon is the ideal location for an ice-climbing experience. Departing from Luosto, we will explore this remarkable Finnish wilderness for a day of adventure.
Activity Details
We will pick you up from your hotel in Luosto at the specified time and travel by minibus to Korouoma Canyon, approximately two and a half hours away. Climbing equipment will be provided for your safety during the climb.
Upon arrival at the canyon, we will park and take a short hike to reach Korouoma, recognized as the prime ice climbing location in Finland. After equipping ourselves, we will begin climbing in the scenic icy gorge, featuring frozen waterfalls.
After the climbing experience, we will rest by the fire and enjoy a barbecue to recharge. The day concludes with our return to the original departure point after a total of 11 hours.
Important Info
You must have prior experience with indoor climbing to participate in the ice climbing.
