Activity Details

We'll meet you at the Amethys store in Luosto at your chosen time. The guide will provide a brief presentation on the basic techniques for wilderness skiing. Then we will begin our experience of Lapland's favorite sport.

We will put on our skis, grab our poles, and head into the winter wonderland of Pyhä-Luosto National Park. As we traverse this pristine wilderness, you will experience a sense of peace and tranquility.

Wilderness skiing is an integral part of Finnish culture, taught to children from an early age. We will stop at a campsite to rest and regain our strength, enjoying a hot drink by a warm fire.

After approximately two and a half hours, we will return to the starting point, concluding the activity.
