Plovdiv & Koprivshtitsa Day Tour

Visit Koprivshtitsa and Plovdiv, two notable areas in Bulgaria, and explore the blend of culture, architecture, and tradition in both cities.

Tour Details

The tour begins at 7:45 am with pickup at Vasil Levski Square. At 8 am, we depart for the southeast of Bulgaria, arriving in Plovdiv after approximately 2 hours. You'll experience the rich history and culture shaped by Roman, Byzantine, Ottoman, and Bulgarian influences. The ancient city walk includes cobbled streets and colorful houses, as well as a visit to the ancient Roman Theatre and the Regional Ethnographic Museum (entrance ticket not included).

Next, we will travel to Koprivshtitsa, north of Plovdiv, where a guide will share the city's significant history and showcase its strikingly colored houses. This city played a crucial role in Bulgaria's liberation.

After a day filled with cultural insights, we return to Sofia, arriving at Vasil Levski Square between 6:30 and 7 pm.
