Visit Koprivshtitsa and Plovdiv, two of the most famous areas in Bulgaria, and be enchanted by the mix of culture, architecture and tradition that breathes in every corner of both these cities.

Plovdiv & Koprivshtitsa Day Tour

We'll pick you up at 7:45 am at Alexander Nevsky Square. Then, at 8 am, we head to the southeast of Bulgaria, arriving in Plovdiv after about a 2-hour journey. Here, you will discover the history and culture that has developed over many centuries, reflected in the buildings and monuments.

We will tour the ancient city, walking through the cobbled streets and seeing the colourful houses. We will also visit the ancient Roman Theatre, a notable architectural site, and the Regional Ethnographic Museum (entrance ticket not included).

Next, we will head to the city of Koprivshtitsa, located north of Plovdiv, where you will learn about its significant history from our guide while exploring the colorful houses.

Koprivshtitsa was the site of one of the most important battles in Bulgaria's liberation. As you tour the city, you will sense the pride of its citizens.

After a day filled with culture and knowledge, we return to Sofia, with arrival at Alexander Nevsky Square scheduled between 6:30 and 7 pm.

Koprivshtitsa cannot be visited during the winter season due to heavy snowfalls.
