Stroll through the streets of the Bulgarian capital and immerse yourself in its history on our Sofia Guided Tour. You'll see Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Saint Sofia Church, the National Theatre and more!

Sofia Guided Tour

At the scheduled time, we'll meet in front of the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and set off on our guided tour of Sofia. Inside, we will learn about its significance and its naming after a Russian prince.

During our tour we will pass by the Church of Saint George, the oldest building in Sofia, built by the Romans atop the ruins of a Pagan temple in the ancient city of Serdica.

Next, we'll proceed to Saint Sofia Church, a symbol of the Bulgarian capital since the 6th century.

Our exploration will continue at The Largo, which comprises three Stalinist buildings: the former House of the Bulgarian Communist Party, the Council of Ministers, and the President's Office.

Other highlights include the Parliament, the former Royal Palace, and the Ivan Vazov National Theatre, the most important theatre in Bulgaria.

After a 2-hour guided tour of Sofia and its must-see sights, we will conclude in the city centre.
