Day Trip Description
Between 7 and 7:30 am, pickup will be from your hotel in Riviera Maya, followed by a trip to Akumal Beach to start the tour.
At the beach, participants will don snorkeling gear to explore the sea turtle sanctuary, home to hawksbill, loggerhead, and green turtles, along with fish stocks and stingrays amidst the coral.
Next, the group will proceed to Balam Reserve, stopping along the way for a sandwich. Before entering the cave, protective gear will be provided for safety during grotto exploration.
After the visit, the group will return to Riviera Maya, arriving back at your hotel 5 hours after the initial pickup.
Hotel Pickup
The tour includes hotel pickup in Playa del Carmen, Akumal, Puerto Morelos, and Puerto Aventuras. A supplemental fee of 10 USD per person applies for pickups in Tulum, payable at the destination. Alternatively, participants can meet at Super Aki Tulum at 9 am.
