Trip Overview
Your adventure begins with hotel pickup in the Riviera Maya, followed by a stop at a local artisan shop prior to our journey.
We'll first explore the iconic remnants of the ancient Maya civilization—Chichén Itzá. Designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1988 and recognized in 2007 as one of the 7 Wonders of the Modern World, this site is rich in history.
Accompanied by a knowledgeable guide, we will navigate through this historic site and delve into its fascinating stories. Expect to marvel at the prestigious Kukulcan Temple and the Temple of Warriors, renowned for its intricate warrior motifs and impressive columned areas.
Following our exploration of Chichén Itzá, we will head back to our vehicle for a short ride to the outskirts of Valladolid, reaching the picturesque Chichikan cenote. Here, we'll have the chance to enjoy a leisurely swim before heading to a local eatery for a filling buffet lunch.
After dining, we will continue towards the colonial town of Valladolid. A 25-minute scenic tour will allow us to admire the charming architecture of historic locations such as the Church of San Servacio, the Municipal Palace, and the Municipal Market.
Finally, we’ll conclude our journey with a return trip to the Riviera Maya, ensuring you arrive back at your hotel or designated meeting spot approximately 12 to 13 hours after departure.

Pickup Information
When you book your experience, you can select whether to be collected from your hotel or to meet us at a specified location. If you opt for the pickup service, the day trip includes collection from various hotels and meeting points in Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya. Please indicate your preferred pickup site when making your reservation.
If you prefer the no-pickup option, you will have the chance to choose one of the 11 meeting points in the Riviera Maya available during the booking process.
Admission Fees
Admission to Chichén Itzá is not included in the tour price; thus, you will need to settle this fee on the day of your visit. Mexican citizens and individuals with disabilities can access discounted rates by presenting valid identification at the site. Without the proper documents, the discount cannot be granted.
