Las Coloradas + Lagartos River Trip

Discover a unique place on our day trip to the Las Coloradas Natural Park from Riviera Maya. We'll admire the vibrant lagoons and sail along the Lagartos River.

Description

Pick up from your hotel in Riviera Maya will start the trip north to the Lagartos River Natural Reserve. A speedboat will take us to explore the Yucatán Peninsula's natural treasures along the Lagartos River, passing through mangroves to spot flamingoes and other bird species.

Next, we will arrive at the Las Coloradas complex, known for its striking shades of yellow, orange, and pink due to high salt concentration and microscopic algae. Before the boat trip concludes, there will be a Mayan beauty treatment. Additionally, time permitting, we may conduct a tour on foot or by bike around Las Coloradas. Following this, we will sail to a serene beach for relaxation and swimming in crystal-clear waters.

A local restaurant will provide lunch featuring local fish and seafood. The tour lasts a total of 12 to 13 hours, concluding with a drop-off at your hotel.

Meeting Point

This tour includes pickup from downtown hotels in Playa del Carmen. For boutiques, Airbnb, private homes, hostels, motels, and hotels with difficult access, we will establish an alternative meeting point.

Itinerary Changes

The Las Coloradas bike tour is subject to availability and may be unavailable if there are many tourists. If this portion cannot be conducted, a walking tour will be arranged instead.
