Description

At the scheduled time, we'll meet at the entrance to the Pitas Artisan Centre. This location is ideal for discovering the artistic and cultural essence of Sorbas. We will start the tour with an introduction to the incredible world of Agave wood, a material used to make various items including musical instruments. The first stop will be the Museum of Unique Instruments, featuring an extensive collection of instruments made from this exotic wood.

Following the museum, we will explore the workshop to learn about different cultures from around the world through their music, highlighting African and Andalusian rhythms produced by these instruments. We will then focus on the production process of agave wooden handicrafts, observing how they are crafted from start to finish.

Finally, we will engage in the artistic process of making our own piece under expert guidance, allowing us to create handmade souvenirs to take home. After 2 hours together, we will conclude the tour and say our goodbyes.
