After being picked up from the Hotel Plaza in Sorrento, the tour heads to a rural area ideal for a pizza workshop. You will discover essential ingredients from an expert chef before donning your apron and chef's hat.
The session begins with the production of the dough, where you will learn techniques from the experts. Following this, ingredients are added under the guidance of our experienced pizza chef, who will assist you in creating traditional pizzas from Sorrento.
