We'll meet at the scheduled time at the Terra Surti Estate. From this farm, situated on the outskirts of Sortino, we'll take a stroll to the necropolis of Pantalica.

As we finish our 1-hour walk, we'll reach this prehistoric site, declared a World Heritage Site, which boasts over 5,000 tombs spanning from the 13th century BC to the 17th century BC. As we delve into the history of this enclave, we'll soak up its landscapes, featuring a canyon crisscrossed by a flowing stream.

Wrapping up our exploration of the necropolis, we'll walk back to the hacienda. Here, we'll explore the intricacies of olive oil production at the olive mill and learn the secrets behind crafting extra virgin olive oil. The visit includes a tasting of this product, a cornerstone of Mediterranean gastronomy.
